AWFUL CUST SERVICE!
The rates may be decent but whether or not the customer service is worth it when you run into difficulties...yeah. Jury is in on that, and it's a hard NOPE!
I have been given the run around repeatedly. The reps will outright lie to you regarding time lines if you have the extremely stress inducing and unpleasant experience of trying to 'upgrade' your phone. You will wait FOREVER if you attempt to return a phone for a different model...and they couldn't care less, nor will they let you speak to a supervisor. The store location staff are also woefully unhelpful.

Absolutely ridiculous
I've had virgin internet and TV for 4 months and from the very beginning nothing but problems with the connection more often than not I have to reconnect and the problem continues. I have talked with your technician as well as bell no one seems to know what the problem is. I'm tired of it and am going to cancel the internet and TV it's the worst I've ever had. I think I should get a refund to compensate me for all of my frustration

Do not recommend. Try BELL or ROGERS instead!
Long-term customer of Virgin Mobile, never had huge issues until today. Contacted customer service. Their "manager" has completely turned me off of using Virgin Mobile services.

Virgin Mobile was extremely unprofessional, did not honour the deal made with customer service, and backtracked on customer service's guarantee.

Their prices are expensive relative to their competitors, and the difference in price should not warrant service below subpar.

Their Customer Loyalty branch does the complete opposite of their intended purpose, and you can bet that I will be switching to a better provider.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIRGIN MOBILE, AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. Find somewhere cheaper with better quality services and customer service. I've never been so frustrated and disappointed with a company and will be moving my loyalty elsewhere. I recommend Bell or Rogers.

Wow...
Wow...! Just cancelled my Virgin media account. I was happy with the broadband but when contacting them via phone for other issues I was sent round in circles for 45 minutes. Eventualy when it was clear they wouldn't help I asked to cancel my account. She asked why cancel all if your happy with your broadband...They clearly don't think customer service is important...quack quack opps...

Teenage cell bill got charged $551, over 3.5 G limit of data without any notice
My daughter (grade 9) got phone bill this month, $586. Her cell plan was 20G data limit plan. Without notice she got 3.5G data over the limit (20G). Over 3.5G data Virgin Mobile Canada charged over $551, $15 /100 MB. I could not believe Virgin runs their business like this. Actually I even did not want give them any star!

Flying from LHR to Orlando - Virgin Atlantic 135
Flying from LHR to Orlando - None of the Electrics worked on my seat. I reported the issue to Virgin via there complaints procedure as instructed by the cabin crew but have had no response.

When I flew back I explained to the check in staff that I had paid for seat with extra legroom on the flight over and asked them to upgrade me to a seat with extra legroom at no costs but because the flight crew had not recorder the issue I was effectively told me they did not believe me.

I will never fly Virgin again !!!

Do not use virgin pure water appalling customer service
Well I’ve tried using virgin pure water I bought the unit three months ago I have been let down for an engineer to install it four times now and still another three weeks before they can fit me in just to fit a cold water pipe they are charging me monthly for it and I can’t even use it it is just a big paperweight on the side.
No it’s Ann just informed that every six months you have to pay £107 for a filter for the kettle that you have to pay for for life

Virgin are not fit for purpose just…
Virgin are not fit for purpose just cancelled everything cos I cant afford it - last time I called for a cheaper deal it went up!! I would recommend anyone to cancel immediately dont get taken in by the 3 people who will offer you a cheaper monthly outlay cos it will still be more if you continue to the end of your contract than the cancellation fee unless you have very short time in your contract. The broadband is terrible tv expensive and customer service appalling thankfully we live Netflix so bye Virgin

Zero rates if I could. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!. Once upon a time a good company. Must be very saddening for Richard Branson watching his brand going down the pan. Or maybe he doesn’t care as long as taking in the cash. I have been flying business class with Virgin with great service. Book economy and appalling. I am now booking all future flights with BA. And Do Not book with Opodo. They tell you one class of ticket… then book a cheaper class and everyone blames each other and you pay the price as a consumer. Never again !!! ???

I can't make this any clearer, I cancelled my package (TV BROADBAND and LANDLINE) on 4th of June 2022. All my services was cancelled from midnight 4th June 2022.I then asked for BROADBAND only, I was happy to accept the quote of £27 a month for 100MB. Yet I have received a bill for £106, I want to know why the bill is so high. I have being waiting all day on Whatsapp and as I write this I am still waiting. Customer service of the lowest level.

Well done for not telling me in any form of communication that the front of my house was being destroyed and ruining all of my Teams meetings. The noise outside is unacceptable, especially when you weren’t expecting it! I suggest you inform residents that you are going to rip the street up and most of the neighbourhood apart. Bang out of order and massively disrespectful!!!

I Regret going with Virgin
I signed up for a mobile plan, and ordered the SIM card. They said, I would receive it within 2-3 days. A few day later I reached out because it hadn't shipped yet. Then they said it takes 2-3 weeks. I asked her to cancel everything, she told me that she did. I asked for an email confirming the cancellation. She said they don't do that, but I would receive a cancellation notification.

I moved on to another service provider. Then I received an email stating that the SIM card shipped. I called, they said they never cancelled. That now, I can't cancel.

As soon as I became an official client customer service quality went downhill. They just refuse to speak via chat, and brush off.

Big No!
Be aware of this company! I bought a bundle with mobile and Xbox Series S just before Christmas 15/12/2021, both suppose to be as a gifts for my kids. XBox expecially bacause for my Autistic son. Xbox came with a port HDMI damage, and was not working from beginning. I realised this on Christmas day, and straight called Virgin Media about issue. They wrongly advised me that I should contact Exertis manufacture for exchange, them on the other hand after waiting ages for their response, said that they not deal with exchange, they only supply to Virgin and the Virgin is responsible for any exchange request. Back to Virgin, they still tried to take my time and saing that they will exchange. Firstly they sent of for exchange just a phone without xbox in it. I refused the package and called back to Virgin. They said there was a misunderstanding and they will do another one when the other will come back, I said yes- will wait. After 2 weeks of that situation I was still waithing for invastigation team to call me about all this case and compesation. Nobody bothered to call. Today is 2 months that the case is not resolved, I called today 15/02/2022 Virgin and guess what they said that they can't exchange the XBox, only phone. And if I want to cancel contract, I can. Was not sure if to cry or scream.
I was never that depressed in my life. My son started hurting himself because of that Xbox and Virgin was aware of that...
Please don't trust this company. I'm not going to stop on one bad review for sure! Bad experiance ever had!

Hopeless- 4 hour conversation no exaggeration
Hopeless- I am speaking to the agent from 830 am till 1230 just to paint a picture no exaggeration.
I am new customer who has not even got the services yet,
I have been transferred 4 times as they have not got the order correct or delivered and the cost
the speed also is not guaranteed also they have NO CUSTOMER EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EMAILS so be warned
take my advise pay a bit more and go elsewhere

Sick of this provider and the crap equipment
Sick of this provider and the crap equipment they give. This costs me nearly 80 per month for pretty much a basic tv package broadband and phone line and the whole thing is awful. Been with them for years. They never upgrade equipmennt without expecting you to enter into new 18 month contract. Time up for Virgin = getting rid
